At Minerva Innovation Group, we believe that gender equality should be at the forefront of modern workplace culture. That’s why we’re proud to announce our new parental leave policy, offering both mothers and fathers up to one year of paid leave each to support their growing families.

 

We recognise that the traditional model of maternity and paternity leave has placed disproportionate pressure on women to manage childcare responsibilities. In striving to create a more inclusive and supportive working environment, we’re introducing equal maternity and paternity leave, empowering all parents to share the joys and responsibilities of early parenthood.

 

Our aim is simple: supporting parents, regardless of gender, to bond with their children and provide a healthy work-life balance. We hope that our latest commitment will allow both partners to play a well-rounded role in caregiving, promoting stronger family bonds and fostering fairness in both the home and workplace.
